Roaring Camp Railroads Wedding

Guests waited in anticipation at a quaint railroad station, hoping to spot a glimpse of a radiant bride. Surrounded by an ancient redwood forest, filled with trees who undoubtedly had been the stoic witnesses to so many love stories before them, James & Brittanie met in the mountains of Santa Cruz to exchange vows and celebrate their love.

The train ride that took guests deep in to the mountain was a stunning thirty minute adventure on it’s own. Guests where enthralled with the trestle bridge, (the tallest in the United States!) families of deer watching us pass by, and the natural wonders of some of the largest trees that grow on our planet. This poetry of smallness was not lost on my couple. Their wedding day was one of the most beautiful and intentional I’ve ever witnessed, James and Brittanie so present and tender with each other.
